The district court does not deal with judicial separation and divorce, they are dealt with in the circuit court. The family law court in Drogheda is held on the first Tuesday of the month at 10am. In other areas there may be no set day for family law cases but your case will still be heard in private (In camera). However in an emergency you can be facilitated at whichever court is sitting in your area on that day of by contacting the Garda Sergeant on duty for an out of hours emergency hearing.
If your spouse/partner breaks a barring/safety/protection/order you should inform the Gardaí immediately, the court takes any breach of these orders very seriously.
